My
name is Sadiah Hj Latip, humbly grateful to have reached the
golden age of 50 I keep a strict routine of aerobics and yoga
three times a week.
Married
for about 26 years, I have two sons, Mohd Fadzil, 24, and
Mohd Faizul, 20 and they are like my best friends with whom
i can share and discuss about almost everything. Both of them
are working now and they are away most of the time.
My
interests: I would say fitness activities are my priorities:
high impact aerobics, belly dancing plus semi yoga 3 times
weekly at one of the local fitness centres in town. Besides
being the coach and manager for my team, I am also a player
in netball and we have triumphantly won 2nd, 3rd and 4th placings
in tournaments organized by MAKSAK Limbang division, Youth
and Sports Department and other organisations .Besides that,
some of us were selected to represent Sarawak zone in the
bi annual RTM sports meet, the last one held at UITM Shah
Alam in June 2007. I hope more from RTM Limbang will be selected
to represent Sarawak in the upcoming next meet to be held
in June next year. This time we will be favourably playing
on homeground as Miri was chosen as the next host for this
sports carnival.

My
career
I have
been working with Radio Television Malaysia Sarawak for about
28 years, in RTM Kuching, Miri and now in RTM Limbang, the
northern town of Sarawak bordered by Brunei and Sabah.
In RTM
Limbang, I am multi tasking as an audio librarian and a radio
journalist. Besides entrusted with the challenging task of
publishing our departmental bulletin, I am also in charge
of the sports bureau of our station.
